COVERGIRL + LESPORTSAC HAVE EASY BREEZY BEAUTIFUL IN THE BAG

This Wednesday WCIP was in full event design force, cheek to cheek with our partners at BMF Media. High atop downtown Manhattan at the Mondrian Soho, Covergirl and LeSportsac debuted their collaboration with beauty maven Pat McGrath. The fete boasted a sumptuous candy and cupcake bar created using shades of the girliest pinks, a shaved-ice stand by People's Pops, and on-site makeovers for guests to sample this season's newest shades of lipstick. 

Satiated by seasonal cocktails and a lush sunset soundrack by Mia Moretti, guests gazed across a hazy downtown skyline as the sky blossomed with a spectrum of Covergirl-approved hues. Leggy models mingled with club kids and beauty aficionados creating a buzzworthy atmosphere  to usher in the first true evening of summer in NYC.

CHEVONNE AND BMF MAKE A MALIBU SPLASH ON THE LONGEST DAY OF 2010

It was like one of those amazing dreams where all your favorite people come to that party on the top of a building in Tribeca and then you turn around and you realize that not only is an infinite amount of shishkabobs, but there's an open bar by Malibu Rum. You can now die happy.

MICROSOFT EXPRESSION SOIREE MAKES BIZ BASH HEADLINES

You heard it here first! Thanks to our pals at BMF Media and Fake Love, our recent Microsoft Expression Launch event is prominently featured on the NYC column of Biz Bash, the industry e-zine for events and parties.

Software isn't always the most glamorous product to launch, but on Tuesday night Microsoft added some color to the debut of its latest design tools with user-generated imagery and a video DJ. As a follow up to the official introduction of Expression Studio 4 at Internet Week,   the tech giant hit the Lower East Side with some 600 designers and developers to show off its artsy side.

The balloon projection wall created by WCIP brought large-scale whimsy and drama to the party, drawing guests in with radiant animations that morphed in response to the ambient music. Much love goes out to all who attended, and for those who didn't there's much more to come!
